Creates one or more comments in bulk for status reports based on the request payload. Processing is asynchronous: the response returns a status ticket id that you can poll via GET /api/integration/status/json/{ticketId}. Use tempId and/or externalId fields (where available) to correlate your input rows with the processed results.
