This POST endpoint creates time records while validating project- and task-level restrictions. If time recording is blocked for the referenced project or task, the request is terminated and no data is written, with the corresponding message returned in the ticket. Time can be provided either as a Duration or as a Start/End combination, and the API handles the fields accordingly.
