Updates one or more comments in bulk for status reports based on the request payload. Processing is asynchronous: the response returns a status ticket id that you can poll via GET /api/integration/status/json/{ticketId}. If the API supports external identifiers, you can set useExternalId to update by externalId instead of the internal id.
